I spent twenty years transforming creative vision into systems that could perform under pressure, without losing what made each brand distinct. As Partner and SVP of Fashion Services at KCD, I oversaw collection management and coordinated the people and processes behind fashion shows for Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Marc Jacobs, Versace, Coach, and others.

That work required discernment, resourcefulness, and coordination, building the right processes around creative directors, artistic directors, and their teams. I never worked from a generic formula, because the brands, the visions, and the problems were never interchangeable.

Having seen how easily wellbeing could be overlooked in fashion’s high-pressure environment, I wanted to give it greater focus and attention. I brought that commitment and my operational expertise into wellness, including producing Human Garage’s world tour.

Today, through LB Consulting, I bring that same discipline to how businesses grow. I start by understanding how the work actually gets done, what needs to be protected, and where a better process could create room to move forward. I bring hands-on experience with AI, including the judgment to know when a simpler process is the better answer.

The aim is more time for creative work, a stronger client experience, and more capacity for business growth, with room for life beyond work. Every engagement is led by me personally and shaped around your business.
